Bekah Pho (ផូ) is a self proclaimed ‘food appreciator’ located in Tampa Bay, Florida. You’ll find Bekah anywhere from intimate cocktail bars to the Waffle House right off the interstate.
Outside of food and lifestyle blogging, Bekah spends her daytime hours working as a business analyst. And when she isn’t working or trying out a new restaurant, Bekah enjoys reading, practicing the cello, and crafting new latte recipes.

What does ផូ mean?
ផូ is my last name and is written that way in Khmer (Cambodian). In English it’s romanized to be spelled as ‘Pho’ but is pronounced as [Po] which often confuses people because they think it’s pronounced as [Foe] or [Fuh] like the Vietnamese dish.
Go to coffee order?
16oz, iced americano, black. If I’m feeling tea, then either a iced matcha latte with almond or oat milk no added sweetener, or a matcha cloud (whipped matcha over coconut water). Recently though I tried Stemma’s “Dirty Mamma Matcha” which is a matcha and horchata latte, and haven’t stopped thinking about it since!
Favorite type of cuisine?
I might be a bit biased…but definitely Asian cuisine in general (southeast, south, east asian, etc.). I favor noodle based dishes the most though!
